Dear Parents,
Welcome to BeCurious Preschool ! To maintain a nurturing and efficient environment for your children, We ask you to review and agree to the following rules and regulations kindly:
1. Attendance and Punctuality
• Children should arrive at school between 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Late arrivals disrupt the class routine.
2. Drop-off and Pick-up
• Drop-off and pick-up must be done within the designated times 7:30 am - 12:30 PM, last time to pick up 1:30 PM inside Becurious building.
• Only authorized persons are allowed to pick up children. Changes must be communicated in advance and writing.
• Parents must inform the school immediately of any change in emergency contact information.
3. Health and Safety
• Children must stay home if they show symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough ) for 24 hours until all symptoms are gone. A doctor’s approval to resume may be requested.
• All allergies and medical conditions must be disclosed during enrollment.
• If a special or medical condition is later discovered, and we are unable to provide the care required that ensures child’s proper development, the child will not be able to continue with the school year with us.
4. Meals and Snacks
• Main meal will be provided by parents ( Nut-free, No sugary or Junk food )
• Bcurious provides daily healthy snacks to enhance the eating experience for the kids.
• Food sharing is not allowed during their eating time.
5. Personal Belongings
• All items (e.g., clothing, water bottles, bags ) should be labeled with the child’s name.
• Toys or other personal items are not permitted unless requested for special activities.
• Children are not allowed to wear valuable jewelry, such as gold or other expensive items. Becurious is not responsible for any lost or damaged jewelry or accessories.
6. Field Trip Policy
• Drop-off and Pick-up: All children participating in field trips must be dropped off and picked up from the preschool at the designated times. No direct drop-offs or pick-ups at the trip location are allowed.
• Non-Attendance: If a child will not attend the field trip, unfortunately he will not be able to attend on that day. Parents are required to notify the school in advance if their child will not participate.
• Permission: A permission message and payment must be submitted before the day of the trip.
• Appropriate Attire: Official Bcurious uniform is required in field trips.

7. Birthday Celebrations and Event Giveaways
• Birthday Parties: We are sorry to not hosting birthday parties instead our teachers will celebrate with the students thoughtfully within the classroom setting.
• Event Giveaways: For the safety and health of all children, we do not permit any food items (including cakes, candies, or snacks) to be brought for celebrations other symbolic giveaways are accepted.
8.Payments
• Open file and Registration fees are non-refundable
• All fees must be paid by the date mentioned in the tuition schedule.
• No refunds will be provided in case of withdrawal and the outstanding balance should be settled before the end of the school year.
